The week of December 2, 2013 was Dictionary Distribution Week! More than 20 club members distributed dictionaries to over 900 students at the following seven elementary schools: Kings Trail, Greenfield, Spring Park, Hendricks Avenue, San Jose, Southside Estates and Holiday Hill. The children were very excited to get their own dictionary. In the words of one student, "We get to keep this! Forever???"
The 3rd grade students at Spring Park Elementary were so excited to receive their very own dictionaries. Some of our students have never received a book of any sort that they could call their own. We here at Spring Park would like to thank you and your team for providing our 3rd grade students with dictionaries and taking an invested interest in our students' education. The affect those dictionaries will have on our students will last a life time. Again a sincere thanks for investing in our students here at Spring Park Elementary.
